Philip H. Brose*

Phil has been practicing law in Alberta since 1982. He has had a wide variety of experience, and over the past few decades has centered mainly on real estate, corporate and commercial law, and wills and estates. His other experience includes arbitration and mediation, formal instruction of those seeking to be real estate agents, civil litigation, and (very early on) in family and criminal law. These have all given him insights in anticipating issues, coming up with options, and recommending courses of action. He sees the practice of law as being both a servant, an adviser, and an advocate.
He welcomes the opportunity to explain to those unfamiliar with legal processes, and to guide clients in need, communicating as much as possible in plain English.
He will be assisting our team as counsel to our firm and advising on many areas of law and practice, and client relations. His own lawyering will continue to focus on wills and estates, seeking to minimize conflict at what are difficult times, and continuing to be available to oversee his real estate and corporate clients.
